New on the podium: Professor Beata Glinka


We are honoured to welcome Prof. Beata Glinka to the podium!

Prof. Glinka is a distinguished scholar in the fields of entrepreneurship and organisation theory, with a special focus on migrant entrepreneurship. She serves as full professor and head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Her research primarily employs qualitative methods to explore the dynamics of entrepreneurial activity, organisational processes, and the unique challenges and opportunities faced by migrant entrepreneurs.

Over the years, Prof. Glinka has received several prestigious awards for her research, including the Fulbright Foundation Senior Researcher Award and the Polish Science Foundation Award for young scientists. She has also held visiting scholar positions at Columbia University (NY, USA), George Mason University (USA), and the University of Szeged (Hungary), contributing to international research collaborations and knowledge exchange.
