We’re excited to welcome Irene Aniteye to the podium at our upcoming conference Belongingness–Connectedness–Embeddedness!
Irene is a business psychologist, social entrepreneur, and brand strategist committed to inclusive entrepreneurship and equitable economic participation. As founder and CEO of AiDiA – Afrodeutscher Startup Pitch, she champions the visibility and empowerment of underrepresented founders, especially within Germany’s Black business community.
AiDiA is a key platform in the DACH region, offering pitch events, mentoring, and networking for Afro-German entrepreneurs—while also informing emerging research on BPoC entrepreneurship.
Irene’s insights on belongingness, connectedness, and embeddedness have been featured at national events like the Integration Congress NRW and the Regional Transformation Conference Essen, where she highlights the role of networks and community-rooted innovation.
She also mentors female founders and young women, advocating for inclusive innovation where diversity drives progress.
